This was a Dove. I’m guessing DD got it because she was awful proud of herself when I went to vacuum up all the feathers that streatched from the kitchen down the hallway to the bedroom and was absolutely against me throwing this nice piece of meat in the trash can. Had she gotten it when I was at home, I could have properly cleaned it and wrapped it in a nice piece of fatty bacon and grilled it and enjoyed it with a wonderful glass of this or this.
