I have never felt so stupid. While outside this morning looking at the weeds with Kevin, I said “wow, this looks like Chili!” and then I saw the ristra. Man am I dumb.

10% chance of rain in the desert means that somewhere within a 50 mile radius it is going to rain like hell. Today the very center of that 50 mile radius was right over our house.
I will never again laugh at someone who attempts to go 50 miles an hour (but makes it to 20) [...]

Kevin’s brother Scott is home from the hospital. He will be staying with the inlaws for a couple of days untill he can get around better. As far as I know his significant other is still in the hospital. I will find out for sure today. So keep the well wishes coming.

What a week.
With all of the crud that has gone on no wonder i’m dumpy.

We took Jacob to get his ear mold made yesterday. He will get his hearing aid in about two weeks. It’s going to have a cammo colored cover, and get this, the earpiece colors he chose…..purple, orange and green. It’s going to be very interesting to see the [...]

This little guy lives in the flower box by the mail box. They eat ants, and the kids love to play with them. I don’t dare tell them this one is still around. Did I mention they spit blood?
